The ribbon is correct of course it is post war.

To me it's a put-together tunic.
Modern Ranks by the Yard with the lighter blue in the stripes. My older ones have a "darker" light blue. Is the ribbon right? In line on the side.
Aren't they worn centered when not in the same length?
Maybe I'm wrong, but I have some pain with this one.
