Fieldings propaganda pot - comments?

I stumbled across this item and want to get some opinions on it before just buying it.

It is advertised as scare so my questions are:
1. Is this an original WW2 item?
2. Is it scarce?
3. What would the value of this be with the chip near the handle?

It is made during WW2, not rare IMO and worth about £20 in that condition. Regards, Clive.

I swear people will sell anything that is old as rare for some reason.
