SAS combat vest ,first pattern

As per request ,GUY , here is my SAS combat vest
This thing has seen some action and I dont mean playing in the back garden before bath time .
the webbing reminds me of the same color as 44 pattern .
The mesh is heavy gauge and the pockets are canvas .

Also as a bit of added fun a full zip Windproof that I got from the same guy ,
it is pretty beat up and came with a pair of trousers that have not nearly been worn as much but are also modified

70'S or 80's I think.

These seem to be an extrapolation of the experimental 72 pattern webbing. Are these strictly an SAS item, ie specially manufactured for them or were they a general trials piece. Does It have any data tags or can you see where any were removed. What's the story on It, It's a nice looking item.
