Most appear to be 15/19th Hussars,

The first photo shows a cavalryman from the 15th King Hussars. The regt was amalgamted in 1922 to form the 15/19th with a very similiar badge.

Do you think, is there a market or collectors for thi sort of pics?

Are they rare or often?

I have no idea about a fair price.

Nice pics. These are uncommon. However, it is of an 'unsexy' north East unit and this isn't worth more than £3.00 a photo, the price going down the more there are, so an album with 70 odd pictures in would fetch £50-£80.

Saying that, they are only worth what someone is prepared to pay and if a bidding war started, you never know...

I just bought a similar photo album of the Northumberland Hussars for the same money. If it was 21 Lancers, or an Irish Unit thus popular then big money. Sorry.
