Part of the badge is a cap badge of the Dorsetshire Regiment.
Marabout was the name of a fort in Egypt near Alexandria which was captured from the French by the regiment (then known as the 39th Foot) during the Napoleonic Wars in 1801.
Primus in Indus - partially hidden by the crossed swords refers to the regiment's time in India. Participated in the Battle of Plassey in 1757, a victory which led to the start of British rule in India.
Not sure about the rest - the large crown, crossed swords and the leather - it all looks a little home made to me but I may be wrong.
Hope this helps a little.
