Officer Research Help

I have a Brigadier tunic named to a British officer, however the name is unclear on the label. The initials could be W F or W T and the surname begins with Ca, Cu or Ga. The rest of the name is pretty much a scrawl! I do know that this chap was awarded the following:

CBE
DSO w. rosette
MC w. rosette
War medal 1914-20
WW 1 medal
1939-45 star
Africa Star
Italy Star

Any Ideas?

It is of course wise to see the entire uniform to ensure it is genuine before we embark on this search. Ive been on wild goose chases before with made up uniforms on this forum in regards medal entitlement.

Sorry for the delay. Here is the ribbon bar. Uniform itself is all correct with Brigadier insignia. Label will not photograph well. Any ideas?
