Does anyone recognize this cap badge?

Does anyone recognize this cap badge? It is three inches tall. At first I thought it might be some sort of British topographical service, or some other para-military type organization. But the more I look at it, I think it might be one of the other Commonwealth countries. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
