    British or Canadian paratroopers helmet

    Hi All,

A picker Friend of mine bought a WWII Canadian paratrooper or Canadian made British paratrooper helmet. The liner is dated 1944 and it has the broad arrow stamp on the inside back.

    My questions are:

Is this a British para helmet or a Canadian para helmet?

What do these go for, as I might have a chance to buy it?

    Thanks in advance,

It's actually a Canadian-made Dispatch Rider helmet (Mk1) Looks like original finish, etc. Nice piece, but it has nothing to do with airborne. Value would likely be in the $100 - $150 range as they are not rare by any stretch of the imagination.

          FOrsale?

I hope your friend didn't get burned to bad on the deal. Para helmet prices can be 10X that amount. If it's forsale I'd be interested.
          Thanks
