Would say it’s more of a work uniform rather than desert BD. Looks like a “Denim” work blouse but seems to be made from HBT so could be US war aid manufacture.

It is certainly made from War Aid US materials. Not seen one like this before though?

Looks like a locally tailored KD Jacket quite common,I have an RAF KD Tunic tailored into a Bush Jacket short sleeves etc. for casual evening wear.
