I picked this up at auction and am curious to hear your opinions. I have never handled a Brit beret and have had no luck finding that manufacturer on the internet.
If the beret is good, was it common for Canadian Armoured Regt's to use British berets?
The cap badge is for the 4th PLDG's but it doesn't appear to be original to the beret..no outline on the beret itself.
Anyway, what do you guys think?

Looks an original Supak although it has characteristics of a Kangol example the date is hard to see but going on the WD stamp it would appear it's a 1943 one, but again it could be later..

                    Hi Jeff,

Good beret. Yes, Canadian armoured troops did use British berets.

Thanks for the help guys! My first Armoured Corps beret and my first British beret.
Des, Glad to hear the badge is not out of place on that beret..thanks for confirming that question for me.
