    just wondering if at all possible does anyone have a link to the london gazzette at all as iv been trying to find the website to research a relative of mine who won the MC but i cant seem to find the website!! any help would be great!

        To search for a man named "John Smiths Best Bitter" we would try all these search alternatives:

        1. John Smiths Best Bitter
        2. John S. B. Bitter
        3. J. S. B. Bitter
        4. Each officer during WW2 was assigned a number, Ive had a lot of success with those in the past.

            got 3 results but not the one im looking for sadly! i guess il have to fine his service number some how!the only thing i DO know is he wrote some sort of book after the war but dont know what type of book!!!

                F##kING hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how the bloody hell you find that!!!i tried every combo i could think off!!!! i bloody owe you a good few pints!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is there any way of getting more info on him?? id love to do a display with his career and medals etc!!
