Help with IDing british vehicle flags

Hello all,
I picked up the following vehicle or motorcyclw fender pennants at a small show this weekend. All are high quality multi piece wool construction and double sided with heavy leather or cloth keepers at the end. I need some help identifying the units. Any ideas are welcome.

The first two are approximately 6 1/2" x 10". This last one is 6 1/2" x 14" and the central design looks painted.

British Colonial flag: Gambia. Identical flags were granted to Ghana and Sierra Leone, differing only by having the initials "G.C." and "S.L.", instead of "G."

I believe this to be the Australian state of Tasmania.
