Adam, you mean CLC Trains (Cheshire Lines Committee) for example?
Trust me if Paul offered me 250 for that badge with two blades off the back...........it would be in the post now.
From the regimental history:
A cap badge of sorts was issued. Made of copper, it was oval, one
inch by one and a half inches, and had the initials "C.L.C." stamped
thereon. Gangers wore chevrons on their uniform sleeves. The Chinese
were proud of their contribution to the war effort and were ultimately
awarded with an official motto Labor Vincit Omnia. [Labour Conquers

The chinese labor corps where not military but almost a press gang formation hidden away from history for good reason. There are a few graves in france always hidden in back rows. As for uniforms what I have seen in photo evidence is a mixture of cast off cef, fatigue and civilain attire. These men where not treated well and their history has been covered up.
