named africa star question!

cool so i bought a named africa star today and i was just wondering what info is on the back it says M1.7075 N ANTHONY does this mean anything at all? i thought that with named ones it gave there units and stuff like that! any help would be great!

It's named in the style as issued to South African soldiers. The M prefix denotes a soldier of Malay/Indian ethnicity.
