        Thats a new one to me. Not Canadian or British. I'll see what i can find for other Commonwealth liner manufacturers.

            This is the mark on the MK III

            I think ... Ro & Co ED ??..ok Rubery Owen & Co Ltd , but ED ??

              Yep! Rubery Owens & Co. Batch code ED. All helmets had these codes similar to M1 austenite numbers. Some used numbers, some letters.

              You should show us that helmet! Looks like a nice original Mk.III.

                  I haven't found anything yet either. It's either a South African, Indian, or Australian manufacturer.

                  Are there any other marks on the liner? Who is the helmet maker that the liner is in? Maybe that could narrow down the search a bit.

                    Mark on the helmet , JSS (Joseph Sankey) british firm and dated 1938.
