Greetings Troy101 (same Troy S we have exhanged emails?) Superb Welbike. I have two examples, both are in Museums, one at RAF Harrington and the other at the Secret Army Exhibition at Beulieu. Mine were originally unrestored, in fact one was in very poor shape. Both came from America where good originals can still be located. They were sold after the war, reparations I believe. I would always want to restore, it is great to put one back into running order, or even for a neat static display. Good luck and look forward to hearing more about its progress Clive.

What would this sell for in this condition? I was considering re-selling it to help fund the 1969 Mustang GT i'm currently restoring.

Tough to value, both mine cost between $3000 - $4000, including shipping and taxes from America to England. Probably the best aspect of buying a Welbike from America is that it will almost certainly be totally original. All the best, Clive.
