Canadian Tankers Communications Headset?

Hi all, this was one of those "I don't know why I bought this." buys. I think it is a communications rig for a Canadian Tanker. Can anyone tell me for sure? There are no Cdn or Brit. acceptance marks anywhere. The maker appears to be RCA Victor.
