Cnd Tunic, WW2???? Need help!

Hi, Is this tunic ww2?
Stamps inside are way too faded to read, cant make out much of anything, no broad arrow or date remains.
Can anyone tell?

Hi there,

From what I can see from the slightly blurry photos I would say that it is of WWII manufacture. It appears to be a nicely worn and badged tunic to the Westminster Reg't of the 5th Armored Div. Nice to see the wound stripes as well. Not too often seen on tunics let alone as a pair.

Hi,

I would agree with Greg and Ade. Is one of the pocket flaps missing or is it just tucked into the breast pocket? Hard to make out from the photo.

Pocket flap is there, just flopped over.

Just picked up the tunic this afternoon.
Faintly marked on the inside with a broad arrow and what appears to be a date of 1941. There is some wear here and there with some mothing...still nice to get an original piece directly from the vets family. I got the name of the vet along with some history. It was a good day.

The ribbon bar is correct for this regiment also. Italy and France & Germany stars. This is a very nice battle dress! Can I have it?
