Nothing of great value per se but all appear to be original ribbon bars, mostly WWI and WWII from the look of it. Tough to sell but you'd probably do ok if you sold them off in small lots for a couple quid each.
I wouldn't wash them, although they are quite dirty. If you decide to, some lukewarm water and gentle soap would be the way to go.
The mounting bars come in handy for people that wish to mount or remount a group and don't want to "court mount".
Definitely not for the skip, but you won't get rich selling them off either!
Hope that's somewhat helpful.
Cheers,
Adam

What you are looking for are leaves If they look like fern leaves or oak leaves, then you are in the money......... but they wont make you millionaire. These are mentioned in despatches emblems and are highly desirable to British medal collectors who will pay 10 pounds each for them. Put those on ebay.
You know the one things that amazes me about Brit ribbon bars is the fact that when compared to their German WW2 counterparts they hold little or no value. Collecting trends are a funny thing. I wonder if British ribbon bar collecting will ever catch on?

You have one that is more rare. Look for the ribbon bar with the silver rossette on the first (rainbow colored) ribbon. This represents the 1914 Star with the "5th August-22nd November" bar. He was also awarded the Meritorious Service Medal which is the last one ( crimson with two white borders). This is a more unique ribbon bar worth keeping.
