As I mainly collect German helmets and I'm from Shropshire I found this photo interesting, it shows members of the KSLI collecting War trophies in North Africa. There's plenty of photos of US troops with German helmets as trophies but few of British troops. Sorry the scan isn't great. Tim.

A couple of Mausers and several gas mask canisters too.

Probably not trophies as such, could even be from captured German's ???
