RARE WWI Female Munitions factory workers studio portrait

Here's a rare image of a group of gals doing their bit for the boys during the Great War. What I'm having trouble deciding is if they're British or not. Take a look at that flag. Also, take a look at the description on the reverse which may help. I'll post that next. I dare say a couple of them almost look barefooted...

Hi Chuck, the location given is "Hayes". There was a munitions factory there in WW1 They are British.

HI there Rich , yep ,youre right british , they wear the munitions workers badge on their work clothes , a brass trangular design , these turn up on ebay for quite a reasonable amount and i think are quite underated , i am told that because of the chemicals involved in their job their skin turned bright yellow ? regards ,Michael.

I'm sorry but this is the only "rare" one with British content that I have in my collection. If you or anyone else has another image with similar content, by all means, please post it here! I too really enjoy rare images.
