Hi Bob, in addition to what the other guys have told you, here are my observations.
The tunic is most likely WW2 in date. It will be a private purchase Officers jacket, hence the lack of printed WD issue label. Most likely of Middle Eastern or Indian manufacture. Price here would be about £25/$50. I like the name tag.
Insigina: Ranks Pips are original and again most likely WW2 in date. (I have never seen cloth backings placed behind metal pips before.) These are very common to find. Price about $4 max. The RTR and arm of service insignia are modern repros. The "Bevo" like 7th Armoured Div signs I think are OK. They will be post war, but original, price about $20.
