I have just begun to add some RAF brevets to my collection, and was wondering how one can distinguish between world war two issue and postwar Aircrew brevets? I know the Canadian style that say RAF are (aside from repros of course!) because they were issued for the BCATP, but what about the plain British style sans crown? Is there any trick, or can one really tell at all?
