My main collecting interest is WWII German helmets but I do collect some Brit stuff. I've a Worcs Rgt sgt uniform dated 1940 and have been toying with the idea of putting it on a mannequin and kitting him out. What's been holding me back is finding out what webbing he should have. There seems to be so many variations of packs, straps pouches etc. Can anyone help with a list? Any pics would also be helpful for future fitting. Thanks Tim.

Hi Tim,
Most webbing is pretty easy to come by but a genuine ww2 belt can be tricky try to acquire a Medium or Large size as the small you might have trouble fitting on the mannequin.
1937 ptn - Ammo pouches + straps, Belt, Small/Large Pack + L straps, Brace attachments, Canteen, E Tool & cover, Gas mask, etc.
Best place for many is ebayhttp://stores.ebay.co.uk/JRWCollectables he has many listings each week, be aware their are British & Canadian manufacturers both have a slight variation in colour brit stuff will 99% of the time have the crows foot /|\, Canadian within a 3/4 circle.
Theirs also two types blanco & un blancoed
Hope this helps
