Help Requested with Mini Bar

Hello Guys,

I have been given a 6 place medal bar with miniatures on it. I'm still trying to figure out TR basics and this is way out of my area. Can anyone assist with identification and rough value please.

I am going to post 6 pictures first. If inscription details are required please advise.

Interesting combination to a RN type, not all that many qualified for the 1914 Star, most getting the 1914-15 Star. The French C de G is uncommon too, and the Delhi Durbar makes it even nicer!
