Shell case information please

Wasn't sure where to put this one so moderators please move to appropriate forum if you wish.

These two pieces of trench art have been in my sisters fellas family for years apparently. I'm curious as to which war they're from and to whose country they belonged to. I took some quick photos and ran to you knowledgable lot as usual. All info on the bottom stamps are greatly appreciated.

I would say pre WWI French 37mm. That is just my guess. I do not think they are CW as they would have QF on it someplace and the size of the gun and full year date
