London tailored UK officer's cap with Romanian cap badge?

I was not getting many replies in the International section so I figured lets post it here!The hat is a commonwealth pattern, tailored in London but I am confused with the cap badge and buttons...
It was posted earlier in the international section, titled Romanian army in exile?? So I am making a link to the original thread! LOOKING FORWARD TO COMMENTS! This combination puzzles me! see pictures in the below link!

I am now being told this is from the Luxemburg Army even though its made in London and UK pattern...so post war?...Could that be? Additional opinions appreciated! Thanks Nick
