Another odd armband

This armband is a real enigma Belgium colours what looks like a CANADIAN DIV PATCH and CFT Is it 4th div CANADIAN FORESTRY TROOPS for Belgium worker ?

I'm just grasping here...no clue really but could it be a translator's armband?
CFT = Canadian Forces Translator from the 4 Div. ?...and the language would be Flemish or French (as spoken in Belgium)? or Belgian person attached to this unit, showing his nationality colors + unit info on the arm band?

Thanks for the reply am thinking it is a bit to high end for a worker so a staff officer or yes translator might fit the bill.
