More British Medals....but what are they?

I think this is all the British Medals I have left. In the period of time when all silver and gold stuff was being sold for scrap here, there was a scrap dealer that would save the wings and etc. of a military nature and sell them to me for more than scrap value. He also would buy medals when they were brought in, and hold them for me. These are some of the ones I got from him. I have little idea what they are, or if they are of interest or value.......what can you tell me about them? I don't know if one of the two ribbons goes with the Defense Medal or not.

    Thanks,
    Ron
    1. This one has the following around the edge of the medal "111007 BOOT/MKR.ALAM DIN. PAMC."

    2. This one is the heaviest, and has the following around the edge "23529994 PTE.J.RYMM. P.W.0."

    3.

    4. Do either of these ribbons go with this?

    1) The Pakistan Independence Medal (1949) P.A.M.C. refere to the awardee (Bootmaker?) being
with the Pakistan Army Medical Corps

    2) General Service Medal (1918 version) for service on the Arabian Penninsula (1 January 1957 and 30 June 1960)
in Aden, Oman etc. The unit is probably the Prince of Wales Rgt.

    3) The 1939-45 War Medal on the WRONG ribbon.

The right ribbon is the red edged ribbon in pic 4 & 5

The ribbon that is present is for The Military Medal.

    4) The 1939-45 Defense Medal. The correct ribbon is the one
    with the orange center.

Thanks David. I have now switched the ribbons according to your information.

Are the Defense & War Medals named? On the rim like the others.

No. Only the first two had names.
