It's RCAF from the.....and this is really tearing into my memory.....1970's I think? Radio Operators wing....I've got 2 or 3 of them

Isn't this the later design of the Canadian Forces Navigator wing? If I'm not mistaken, the earlier design didn't have the lightening bolt over the globe. This bullion example is intended for the dress uniform . Is that correct?

Canada had the Globe and bolt as far back as 1952. Could be for DEU or Mess Dress.
