Polish Ribbon bar help

If possible,could someone please post a picture of the medal to which the first ribbon on this bar relates. Alternatively, if no one has one perhaps they could post a link to a picture. Also, I would appreciate knowing the name of the medal in Poilsh.

Cross of Merit with Swords, "Krzyz Zaslugi z Mieczami".

Awarded in 3 grades, search on "Orders and Decorations of Poland, Republic of Poland since 1990".


There should be photos of the Cross on threads on the Brit & Commonwealth or International forums, including a cast "Palestinian" one that I put up photos of a few years ago.
