Not to conversant with Commonwealth alliances of the RAMC as such, but shouldn't the the cap band, piping and the lanyard be a dull cherry instead of red ?

The trousers too. The width should be more narrow I think and the colour again dull cherry ?

I think you're right, 1- 3/4 inch Dull Cherry.
