Hi Ron, this is a shoulder title worn on the shoulder strap of the service dress jacket. It is WW1 in era. The "T" stands for Territorial; "RFA" is for Royal Field Artillery; 2nd West Riding is the exact unit. They formed part of this Div:
Worn from formation of the Territorial Force in 1908 (assuming that this particular unit was actually formed at that time & not over the next few years) - 1921, when all these TF Royal Field Artillery units adopted T over RFA as a shoulder title.
