Help needed to id cap badge.

Guys, does anyone know this cap badge? Two-piece construction, I'm convinced it is silver (plated).

Does it represent any value? It doesn't fit in my collection so I consider selling it if it's worth the trouble.

If it is the correct size it is the Officers cap badge of the Worcestershire and Sherwood Foresters Regiment (29th/45th), formed in 1970 by the amalgamation of The Worcestershire Regiment and The Sherwood Foresters (Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Regiment).

It is 5cm in height and 3,5cm wide.
