I really dont collect British,but I dont mind showing this battledress,I believe the patches are original to the tunic.but one cant be sure,anyway I hope you like it,even its just the tunic.

Collar badges were not normally worn on the BD Blouse.

The BD Blouse is from a member of the 10th Medium Regiment (Royal Fusiliers) Royal Artillery, formed in 1942 by conversion of the 16th Battalion The Royal Fusiliers (City of London). The green "Tree" is a representation of the Royal Fusiliers cap badge, worn by all ranks.
