Hi G, I was thinking the same as Jon but again I am not 100% sure. It is certainly not London and "Big Ben".

As stated Princes Street in Edinburgh - they are marching East to West - the building on the Right is an Art Gallery, the Scott Monument is further along and behind that the clock tower is for the hotel at the top of the steps from Waverly Station.
