British Crashed Plane Found In Poland

HIYA ,has any one heard about the wreck of a british plane found in Poland recently , ?? was told a half story by a guy in the pub over the weekend ,thanks Michael

Saw a few lines in a paper a few days ago, a Halifax I think it said.
Possibly came to grief on a supply drop to Warsaw.

According to reports, it is the wreckage of a Halifax from 148 SD (Special Duty) Squadron RAF. As Leigh kitchen says, it was appararently shot down while on a supply drop mission to Warsaw.
