whats mean BNs ?

bn is Short for Battalion


Here is a quick list

sec = Section (10 men) (or squad if you are a yank)
pl = Platoon (30 men) 3 sec
co = Company (120~200 men) 3 or 4 plt
bn = Batallion (300~800men) 3 or 4 coys
bde= Brigade

and on and on and on

the terms changed with time I think the above are the current Nato versions.
