    British naval headgear help....?

    Hi guys, I am looking for any good on-line refferences for British naval headgear. Photos for comparisions and perhaps some background. Perhaps some collector's might offer up some refference sites or good U.K. dealer sites. Having only collected TR and US militaria for years, I could use a nudge in the right direction.     You have certainly started on a subject with very limited references. Try these for general info and some images. Under Diggerhistory go to Navy, under Gunplot go to Gallery.

    Gunplot has a good gallery that covers all the naval conflicts.

    I'm still in the Navy and our system of headwear is much the same as the RN, if you have any questions I will endevour to answer them for you.

      Much appreciated! Plan to do some weekend on-line homework and scouting, just got a call about a luger and K98 to go see as well. Looks like a promising weekend.
