Escape saw variants

Gentlemen, I'm looking for more info on escape saws issued to RAF and SOE, OSS personnel etc.

I have noticed four different types. See photo. Does anyone have a book on these saws or can someone identify these saws?

I also have one, but never saw it, because it's still in the sealed BRIXMIS East Germany escape kit with map, compass, saw, matches and so on. So if somebody has a pic of the contents, please post it or pm me.
