Canadian Medal Grouping

Received this guy in the mail today from B.C.

A nicely "patina'd" Atlantic Star Grouping. It originally came from an estate sale, along with another medal dated from 1983 to Phil Thomas.

The only thing I could find associated with WCPHA was that it stood for the West Coast Pintabian Horse Association ?? A Horse Breeders Association?
