Fairbairn Sykes 3rd pattern!

Hello guys.
I need some little info about a 3rd pattern commando dagger.
It's marked with Cooper,Sheffield,England.
When is "cooper" beginning to make this dagger?
In other words...is it possible to find maker Cooper on a late war 3rd pattern?Or is it always a post war one?
Or is it just a reproduction?
