    Interesting Cuff Rank Tunic

I had been looking for one of these for awhile and was happy to find this one a little while back. Interestingly the officer (Maj S.F. Montague RSA) had one pocket removed to provide material for the shoulder boards(those thrifty Scots!). He recieved the OBE for his managment of a munitions plant during the Great War.

I purchased the tunic and paperwork from a gentleman at a show up in Reno of all places.

Here is another example. The right front pocket has some mousey bites.

Tailor label with the man's name. I haven't had much luck finding information on him.

Lt Col H.L. Webb Territorial Force
Held Tempary Rank of Lt Col (18 Sept 1914) and temporary appointment (1 Jan 1915) of Commanding Officer 3/13th London Regiment.
This is the only man that fits in the Army List, I assume his name was H. Lumley Webb.
