Antoni did you get that 3DSK grouping yet?
And the 3DSK… no package yet. The only thing I've received is my money back guarantee.

Hi,
I'll jump in on this one. I'm not keen. I've never seen this type of painted eagle on any helmet in the past. In my humble opinion the wear and aging appear "too good". By that I mean it looks like it's overdone almost to the point of being laughable. From the photos the wear and patina to the rest of the helmet is inconsitant with the wear to the eagle. I'm unfamiliar with the symbol on the side (dog? horse?).
I spotted this myself on ebay the other day and know this seller well. He has been releasing junk into the market in spurts over the last couple of years. Last week he sold a khaki beret with a post war added eagle for quite a sum of money. It was clear from the photos of that beret that there was obviously a badge with lugs on it long before the eagle was ever attached. Although I shouldn't be that quick to jump as I didn't request better photos and was only making my judgement from the ones the seller provided but that and this seller's previous history of selling repros would make me steer clear.
Just my thoughts though.
Cheers,
Greg

judging this helmet with my great expertise of painted Polish helmet eagles...
... no seriously I don't think you have to be an expert when it comes to making a half decent decision on something like this. just looking at the thing - it doesn't seem to sit right on the helmet and as Des says it looks artificially aged.

Good feedback. I've never seen a helmet with this particular painted insignia variant (especially the supposed horse) and was curious what y'all had to say. I've been surprised before by what initially strikes me as questionable and subsequently being verified as indeed authentic. Most often it's the other around - but there have been exceptions.
Of all the good comments - this one carries the most weight:
