      Ok, so next year I will buy all the unissued Canadian headgear I can find over there and bring it back to make my fortune selling it to Dutch guys.
      Sounds like a plan!

      Luc, I read about the beret re-banding a long time ago but I forget the reason behind it? sorry!

      Maybe Ken Joyce can tell us why.

        Personally i think the originaal banding is worn out over the years. But this i''m not sure off. Just my humble opinion. Looks like a great idea Thomas. You can contact me any time

          Tex, these are unissued so the original bandscan't have been worn. It's got to do with what the seller says: rebanding made them larger.
          Were these supposed to be sold to the Danish or Dutch army after the war and these guys simply had bigger heads?

                No seriously guys, Dutch males are roughly 4cm taller than Canadians so they must have bigger heads.
