Hi Guys, not my area of expertise but trying to get my head around this tunic?
The tunic has Queen's Crown style buttons and inside the pocket is the maker's label and the name "W.Bond 11947 and the date 30/10/61." I assume this might be the name of the original owner and his service number. Would anyone have a link to this guy if that is the case?
Also the ribbon bars. I know what each ribbon is but the combination with the Atlantic Star ribbon with rosette and the Africa Star ribbon also with rosette - what would be a likely scenario for the rosettes? Also with the Italy Star it looks like this guy was around a bit. Thanks in advance!.
