    New Pieces In My Collection.

    Hello!

    It's been a while since I bought anything for my collection,but lately,Quite a bit of stuff has 'followed me home'!

            3.Canadian Ross Rifle bayonet with combined scabbard & frog.

            OK,I know this isn't British Home Front,but there's a reason I bought this,it's because one of the first rifles to be used by the Home Guard was the Canadian Ross.
            I think this is the mark 2 bayo in the mark 1 scabbard.

              Interesting crown between the GR & VI markings on the lamp - a Victorian style, rather than the sloping shouldered Tudor Crown of the Edward II - George VI period.

                            Nice bayonet it looks almost mint and heavily marked as well .What you need is a cheap Zuckerman or 2, I hear there are 4 cheap ones on eboy currently Rob.
