Hi Thomas, I have only seen these via old period film/newsreel, but I have no stills to show. I seem to recall they were capsules and not pills? I think they were refered to as "L" for lethal.

    Cheers, Ade.

Hi Thomas, we keep intending to set up the PC to the TV so we could rob images such as this, but never seem to get around to it... Too busy here and off doing shows

Lez actually has a photo album which has within it two small dubious black pills in a paper packet; but they could just be laxative pills for all we know!

        Cheers, Ade.

          Thanks again Ade

Is it to much to ask that you try one on your cat. Could you post pics? Until recently we had an SOE-agent (Jelly), yes WW2, working at the museum and he described the L-Pill/Capsule as being made of glass and then rubberised (black) - as not to heart your mouth when you shewed the glass capsule.

          Cheers Thomas

Hi Thomas, I was just looking at our neighbors Cat asleep in our garden. If I could have got a photo I would have as he looked dead!

The description you give sounds just like what I have heard too.

Here are the two pills from the photo album. (They are not L Pills, I think, but I have included them here out of interest. We had forgotten about the little slip of paper that they were wrapped in.)

            Cheers, Ade.
