Very strange! I have never seen one painted like this before? My only thought is could it have been used as a film prop?

Looks a bit like the Lufthansa logo ,perhaps it was used for groundcrew in the fifties .Rob.

Kind of reminds me of a Chinese MIG fighter pilots helmet.

The "Q" is maybe for a Québec cie. It is being sold here in Québec.

Well the Q also look like the sign of a political party founded here in the 60's. Does the paint look like post war for you and is it supposed to be a WWII helmet ?
