Recommendation on books about (British) Campaign Medals

Any recommendation on British Campaign Medals?

I only know following sources:

British Campaign Medals 1815-1914 from Peter Ducker (2008)

British & Empire Campaign Medals - Volume 1 & 2 from Stephen-Philip Perkins.

Are these books worth it? Any other (recent) sources?

If you are going to collect British campaign medals you must have "British Battles and Medals" by Hayward, Birch and Bishop, published by Spink & Son Ltd London.

Every medal, clasp and naming types illustrated, brief account of the campaigns, numbers of each medal and clasp issued etc.

Probably still available from Spink, not cheap but well worth the investment.

Well, I'm basically more into Imperial German battle clasp, but always like to expand my horizons. And who knows, if there won't be any new field of collection...

I found and order this book (7th edition) for £10.

As previously mentioned " British Battles and Medals" is a must have for any serious British medal collector.
I would also add "Medal Yearbook", published each year, which places values on all British medals and decorations, from the VC to the humblest camoaign medal.
Both essentials, IMHO.

I guess, this collecting field (clasp) is a minefield as well as collecting the German clasp with respect to any possible copies, etc.?
